  1. I understand coupons. What surprised me is the idea of people using coupons as an excuse to buy and "save" money. Coupons are just that. Coupons are an incentive to spend. Why do people say they saved money when they spend money? It's like using coupons is income for them.

    You're smart, maybe? All I've seen you is use coupons on basic supplies. Just don't start using coupons for any reason. Like buying doughnuts.

    1. Maybe people are planning to buy that stuff anyway. So why not save while buying what you need? That is what being smart means.
